Throughout the company's long history, there have been more than 20,000 homes produced at the original Nappanee, Indiana location. The "Green Certified" facility comprising of 90,000 square feet on 20 acres, employs a qualified loyal experience workforce.

The "Custom Series" include Ranch, Cape-cod, and Two-Story Homes.
This series offers the home owner a wide array of optional features, color selections and floor plan modifications.

Heckaman Homes are constructed indoors, shielded from the elements and without the risks of theft or vandalism, and with greater structural integrity than site build home since they are designed to withstand the stresses encountered in transportation. All homes are delivered to the building site by trained Heckaman Homes drivers and are crane-set on the home foundation. Each Heckaman Home is built in accordance with applicable state and local codes governing one and two family dwellings.
Finishing crews are available through "Country Living Home Sales" for on site building and foundation preparation.
